IT Convergence Announces R12.2.4 Internal Upgrade and “R12.2 in a box” Solution

IT Convergence (ITC) is pleased to announce its successful go live to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.4 on April 12, 2015 by using distributed R12.2 in a box delivery model.

ITC has been gaining first-hand experience with Oracle E-Business Suite for 11 years, when it became an Oracle end-user in 2004. Five years later, the company was a pioneer of rolling out R12 in Latin America. In 2012, ITC became one of the few select companies worldwide invited to join Oracle’s R12.2 Beta Testing Program, and over the past 3 years has provided key server, DBA and application statistics to help Oracle fine-tune the R12.2 application build.

On April 12th 2015, ITC completed a successful upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.4, delivering the project in 4 months. The unique feature and major success factor of the project was performing the upgrade 100% remotely.
