Thus far students from construction management companies, defense contractors, consulting companies, and a service provider to the telecommunications industry.

This workshop aims to deliver the BI professional all of the skills he or she needs to make sure that their company gets the most out of its investment in the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition.

Four Days Dedicated to OBIEE Administration

This four day course begins by taking a detailed look at BI Answers and OBIEE’s Dashboards, beginning with the basics and moving all the way through to advanced topics like using drop down filters in BI Dashboards and creating guided navigation links.

The next two days of the course focus on the BI Server, taking a close look at the BI Server’s Repository and Physical Layer. From there, students learn about the BI Server’s Business Model and Mapping Layer.

Finally, the course closes with a look at the BI Server’s Presentation Layer, an overview of OBIEE Delivers and a look at how to configure and use OBIEE’s MS Office Ad-in.

First of Many Chances to Learn Oracle from a Business Perspective

The OBIEE for Administrators Public Workshop is only the first of many chances that Oracle professionals have to get training on Oracle solutions with a business perspective.

The next workshop in August covers Oracle 11g RAC, followed by ones on Oracle R12 eBusiness Tax, Oracle R12 HRMS Recruit to Pay, and Oracle 10g Database Administration in September.

These workshops will be in New York and the OAUG and ITC have competitively priced them to make them accessible to all Oracle end-users, with an additional 25% discount for OAUG members.
