How did we help the customer minimize risk?
A credit card processing and merchant services company, implemented Oracle ERP Cloud to alleviate growing pains from a legacy financial system that was unable to scale with their business.
The biggest challenge this company faced was its current system’s lack of elasticity; the primary objective was a system offering flexibility without incurring more overhead costs. Serving a global client base, they also integrated with multiple credit card processing platforms, requiring a substantial integration solution.
In a nine-week project, this credit card processing and merchant services company implemented the following Oracle ERP Cloud modules: General Ledger, Payables (Cash Management & Payment), Receivables and Collections, Expenses and Fixed Assets.
Additionally, Payscout automated its invoice processing and report generation systems, eliminating the prior manual involvement in both areas. Integrations between EBS and major credit card platforms (VISA, Bank of America, MasterCard and others) were completed to avoid costly downtime.
With Oracle ERP Cloud in place, this company optimized sales and revenue reporting, in addition to providing a scalable solution to all their financial processes. In total, five ERP modules were implemented, as well as an automating their invoice processing – all over the course of a nine-week project.
