Customer’s Experience

A insurance broking and risk management company partners with ITC to Rollout Oracle Applications in +40 countries across LATAM and APAC


This company wanted to have a financial transformation across their organization by rolling out their corporate Oracle Applications to more than forty of their international subsidiaries and with this establish “one source of truth” system that could provide strategic guidance and timely decision-support to all business units.
The project goals included standardizing processes, implementing senior management vision, gaining efficiencies, increasing flexibility, reducing the company’s risk profile, contributing to shareholder value.


Because of the nature of their operations, the rollouts needed to happen simultaneously, so they were concerned about being able to implement in multiple countries at the same time and complying with each country’s statutory requirements while applying the corporate standard processes.


To take on this large-scaled implementation the countries were divided in two stages, and in order to retain global consistency in the application configurations, the NA functional and technical teams that largely defined the Corporate model were engaged to play a consultancy role throughout the project, meeting with the team on a weekly basis to review progress and provide guidance on key decisions.


By working closely with the global HQ team, and providing full teams across both regions, a successful migration was accomplished in all the subsidiaries.
