As businesses increasingly expand their SaaS portfolios, integration platforms must also adapt and scale. Enterprise integration is no longer a “quick-fix” project to connect two endpoints. With the rate at which cloud-based applications are now implemented, the need for a cross-functional, scalable solution that connects applications across all lines of business is clear.
ITC’s Integration Services are offered with these trends in mind. We offer agnostic advisory services to help develop an integration strategy, supported by a wide selection of integration tools and the expertise to implement them.
Trusted Advisory Services
Our team has helped 900+ customers integrate enterprise systems from major ERPs – giving us the necessary experience to provide you with the best strategic advice possible. We take an agnostic approach to the integration platform, because our focus is to tailor the best solution for your needs – not the other way around.
Whether you need a simple point-to-point integration on a tight schedule or are developing a multi-year strategic approach, we assign a designated point-of-contact to your project, not a faceless services team. We also provide a TCO analysis with every aspect of the integration project including software investment (licensing & cost per use), implementation labor and expenses, training, change management, and support.
Our customers leverage our “right-shoring” approach, blending offshore or nearshore consultants with an on-site team. This provides the optimal level of resources to guarantee scope management and investment control, keeping your projects on-time and on-budget. For customers with a global presence, we draw on extensive experience with localization in Latin America and APAC to ensure smooth implementations across multiple locales.
A Robust Toolkit
Our capabilities include both software integration and devices. We complete projects with ERP vendors including Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, Kronos, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and SAP. We partner with top players in the integration space to provide our customers with a powerful array of choices for their integration solutions. And as integration continues to extend its reach to devices, our senior consultants help customers adopt IoT while accommodating business requirements and IT/MIS requests.

How did we help the customer minimize risk?
A spacecraft manufacturing company was scaling faster than anticipated and realized a need for connecting workflows and data sources across their manufacturing systems. Manual integration between their on-premise apps was becoming extremely labor intensive and prone to error as the business expanded – creating the need for an agile, scalable integration solution.
As a startup within the larger company, they faced the expected constraints of a smaller budget and an exceptionally short timeline. As a spacecraft manufacturer, complex business requirements and compliance with regulations was imperative.
With future integrations expected, the customer sought participation in the development process to better prepare internal teams – creating a balancing act of training and aligning developers, while completing the current project.
A highly-complex integration solution was devised, combining ITC’s in-house expertise with third parties to satisfy each requirement. A series of Jitterbit integrations were implemented to connect Oracle EBS, Teamwork Product Lifecycle Management, and Solumina Manufacturing Execution Systems, leveraging Jitterbit’s Oracle EBS connector. A right-shoring approach to staffing combined an on-site development team to build the initial framework and provide customer trainings, while the rest of the integrations were built offshore.
In total, six one-way integrations were performed, using Jitterbit to connect the on-premise applications Oracle EBS, Solumina, and Teamcenter. The entire project was completed on-budget and within a fast-paced schedule of eight weeks.
Beyond the initial implementation, ITC teams trained internal developers from this spacecraft manufacturing company to build and maintain future integrations, providing them the confidence and skills to continue scaling their applications alongside the business.
