For the past ten years, she has been building and managing global Analytics, AI, and ML teams for U.S. companies. As a subject matter expert, she provides clients with analysis, recommendations, and guidance regarding their Analytics, AI, and ML ecosystems and roadmaps.
Edelweiss is also a recognized international speaker, frequently presenting in English, Spanish, and Portuguese on topics related to Analytics, AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies.
Héctor Andrade
Senior BI Principal Consultant at IT Convergence
Héctor is a seasoned Senior BI Principal Consultant with over 17 years of experience delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions. He specializes in data modeling, analytics architecture, and the implementation of enterprise reporting platforms, with deep expertise in Oracle technologies such as OBIEE, OAC, OAS, ODI, and Fusion Analytics (FDI).
In recent years, Héctor has been actively working with Oracle Generative AI and AI Agents, developing RAG-based applications and implementing natural language interfaces over enterprise systems like EBS, and building agents with Fusion AI Agent Studio. His projects have integrated large language models, vector databases, and advanced semantic modeling to drive intelligent insights and user-friendly analytics across cloud and on-premise platforms.
He holds multiple Oracle certifications and continues to drive innovation at the intersection of data engineering, cloud analytics, and AI-driven business intelligence.
