Arvind Sharma Appointed Chief Executive Officer

IT Convergence announces its board of directors has appointed Arvind Sharma as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Arvind will lead the existing management team, including Patrick Krause who will continue as President and remain on IT Convergence’s board of directors.

“Over the past 18 years, IT Convergence has grown to become one of the largest privately owned services companies focused on the Oracle E-Business Suite. Over the past year, we have taken deliberate steps to expand our executive management team including the appointment of David Montez, Chief Financial Officer. We are very excited to now welcome Arvind to the team as we look forward to our next stage of growth” said Patrick Krause.

Arvind Sharma is an IT industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. His entrepreneurial mindset, vision, strategy, and execution expertise have been key to a successful track record of building organizations around sustainable businesses. Having built and managed companies in India, the Middle East, and the US, he has a first-hand understanding of the challenges of operating across multiple geographies.

Arvind Sharma previously held executive positions in the private sector, most recently with Vencedor – a venture capital fund where he served as Founder & CEO for the last four years. Before founding Vencedor, Arvind served as the Founder & CEO of Techatalyst. Arvind holds an MBA from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, and a BS in Physics from the University of Bombay, both in Mumbai, India.
